6. Delivery

DYAD. currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

DYAD. magazines are produced in batches following a limited order window.

The order window for each issue will be clearly stated on the product page.

Once the order window closes, we place the relevant bulk print order. Copies are then printed, prepared and dispatched.

Because the magazines are produced following the closing of the order window, they are not held in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery after the order window closes. This timeframe includes the bulk printing, preparation and dispatch of orders, as well as delivery by the postal service.

We will aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible within this timeframe.

Delivery times may vary depending on the printer’s capacity, postal service and circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hanna@dyad-magazine.co.uk and we will investigate this with you.

7. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

We take care when packing DYAD magazines for dispatch.

If your magazine arrives damaged, faulty, defective or is not the product you ordered, please contact us at hanna@dyad-magazine.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the damage or problem.

Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Goods supplied to consumers must be as described and meet the required standards of quality and conformity.

8. Returns and change-of-mind cancellations

DYAD is a magazine/periodical.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a magazine is faulty, damaged, defective or not as described.

Where a refund is due, we will normally issue it using the original payment method.

If a refund or other remedy is required because an item is faulty, damaged, defective or not as described, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

We will not restrict or exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may limit the number of copies available for purchase.

If an issue becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil the order, provide a refund.
